一、概況:
1、設(shè)備類型：
本設(shè)備為節(jié)電型產(chǎn)品，采用半橋串聯(lián)逆變中頻電源（電壓諧振）。電爐無(wú)論是冷態(tài)，熱態(tài)，加半爐料或加滿料時(shí)，半橋串聯(lián)逆變器都能夠輸出額定功率，功率因數(shù)恒定為0.98。具有熔化速度快，能耗低，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠等特點(diǎn)。設(shè)備由一套串聯(lián)諧振中頻電源和兩臺(tái)無(wú)芯鋼殼感應(yīng)熔化電爐以及系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行所需的輔助設(shè)備組成。
一臺(tái)串聯(lián)諧振雙輸出電源帶二只電爐可同時(shí)工作（俗稱2臺(tái)同時(shí)熔化爐），即輸出功率可以在兩個(gè)爐體之間無(wú)級(jí)任意分配，可以同時(shí)對(duì)兩個(gè)爐體進(jìn)行送電, 一個(gè)保溫, 一個(gè)熔煉。
二、12脈整流逆變串聯(lián)5T/3500kw熔化爐主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)
熔化爐工作模式:
1.1 一套爐體熔煉生產(chǎn)，另一套爐體備用。功率設(shè)置為3500kw，熔化時(shí)間（5T鐵水至1550℃）≤55分鐘/爐
1.2 一套爐體熔煉，一臺(tái)爐體保溫（精煉），熔煉功率為3200kw保溫功率≤300KW/個(gè)爐。在這種狀態(tài)下，熔化時(shí)間（5T鐵水至1550℃）≤60分鐘。
1.3 兩臺(tái)爐體同時(shí)熔煉生產(chǎn)。

1, equipment type:
This equipment is a power-saving type product, which uses a half-bridge series inverter intermediate frequency power supply (voltage resonance). When the electric furnace is cold, hot, half-filled or filled, the half-bridge series inverter can output rated power with a constant power factor of 0.98. It has the characteristics of fast melting speed, low energy consumption and stable and reliable operation. The equipment consists of a series resonant intermediate frequency power supply and two coreless steel shell induction melting furnaces and auxiliary equipment required for the normal operation of the system.
A series resonant dual output power supply with two electric furnaces can work at the same time (commonly known as one to two), that is, the output power can be randomly distributed between the two furnace bodies, and the two furnace bodies can be simultaneously powered, one insulation , one smelt.
2, 12-pulse rectification inverter series 5T / 3500kw melting furnace main technical indicators
Melting furnace working mode:
1.1 One set of furnace body is smelted and the other set is spared. Power setting is 3500kw, melting time (5T molten iron to 1550 °C) ≤ 55 minutes / furnace
1.2 A set of furnace body melting, a furnace body insulation (refining), melting power of 3200kw insulation power ≤ 3 00KW / furnace. In this state, the melting time (5 T iron water to 1 5 5 0 ℃) ≤ 60 minutes.
