五、爐體結(jié)構(gòu)描述:
5.1機械結(jié)構(gòu)原理說明
爐體采用鋼殼磁軛爐體,金屬熔液的出口通道“澆口”設在電爐底部。(高鋁石墨質(zhì)或氧化鋯質(zhì)水口)由于金屬在熔煉過程中,雜質(zhì)和熔渣均浮在液面;底注式澆注可避免雜質(zhì)和熔渣進入鑄件型腔,大大減少廢品出現(xiàn)。 鋼水出口連接有塞桿動作機構(gòu);塞桿動作機構(gòu)包括塞棒、氣缸和傳動杠桿,塞棒底部形狀與鋼水出口形狀相適配,且塞棒底部為由上至下漸縮形;氣缸驅(qū)動傳動杠桿沿一固定軸轉(zhuǎn)動,傳動杠桿帶動塞棒作上升或下降動作。用塞桿動作機構(gòu)的上升或下降運動來控制出鋼口的開、關或開度,精確控制出鋼點和出鋼流量及出鋼流速,
