    5.1機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)原理說(shuō)明

    爐體采用鋼殼磁軛爐體,金屬熔液的出口通道“澆口”設(shè)在電爐底部。(高鋁石墨質(zhì)或氧化鋯質(zhì)水口)由于金屬在熔煉過(guò)程中,雜質(zhì)和熔渣均浮在液面;底注式澆注可避免雜質(zhì)和熔渣進(jìn)入鑄件型腔,大大減少?gòu)U品出現(xiàn)。 鋼水出口連接有塞桿動(dòng)作機(jī)構(gòu);塞桿動(dòng)作機(jī)構(gòu)包括塞棒、氣缸和傳動(dòng)杠桿,塞棒底部形狀與鋼水出口形狀相適配,且塞棒底部為由上至下漸縮形;氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)傳動(dòng)杠桿沿一固定軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),傳動(dòng)杠桿帶動(dòng)塞棒作上升或下降動(dòng)作。用塞桿動(dòng)作機(jī)構(gòu)的上升或下降運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)控制出鋼口的開(kāi)、關(guān)或開(kāi)度,精確控制出鋼點(diǎn)和出鋼流量及出鋼流速,
