一、概述、
中頻電源的功率為900kw ,加熱溫度筒體表面為800度,回轉(zhuǎn)圓筒干燥機(jī)直徑為1300mm,感應(yīng)器的布置長(zhǎng)度為10000mm。
感應(yīng)線圈的說明:采用ANSYS計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工程(CAE)軟件,對(duì)電場(chǎng)、磁場(chǎng)、進(jìn)行分析,功率900kw,回轉(zhuǎn)桶直徑為1300mm,感應(yīng)器的總布置長(zhǎng)度為10000mm,分析得出感應(yīng)器線圈的布置后的單個(gè)電感量為L(zhǎng)H-180uH范圍內(nèi),感應(yīng)線圈的對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)桶外面布置的有效面積越大,磁場(chǎng)效率越高,有效面積越大線圈之間的間隙的個(gè)數(shù)就要越少,線圈采用25x25x2.5的銅管繞制間隙的個(gè)數(shù)多,有效覆蓋面積小。建議采用銅管20x40x2.5mm(3kg/米)的銅管繞制,40mm的面與回轉(zhuǎn)桶的面平行成為(立繞結(jié)構(gòu))。采用300kw中頻電源3臺(tái)分別向3組線圈供電,由于每組線圈和每組線圈之間存在間隙。這樣布置長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)該按照9000mm來計(jì)算銅管的圈數(shù),和質(zhì)量,銅管截面長(zhǎng)度40mm寬度20mm加間隙10mm的感應(yīng)器的圈數(shù)為180圈。感應(yīng)圈的直徑為1400mm感應(yīng)器的重量為1800公斤左右。

1. Overview:

Description of induction coil: Using ANSYS Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software, the electric field and magnetic field are analyzed. The power is 900kw, the diameter of the rotary barrel is 1300mm, and the total arrangement length of the sensor is 10000mm. After the analysis, the arrangement of the inductor coil is obtained. The single inductance is in the range of LH-180uH. The larger the effective area of the induction coil outside the rotary barrel is, the higher the magnetic field efficiency is. The larger the effective area is, the smaller the number of gaps between the coils is. The coil is 25x25x2. The number of copper tube windings of .5 is large, and the effective coverage area is small. It is recommended to use a copper tube 20x40x2.5mm (3kg/m) for copper tube winding, and the 40mm surface is parallel to the surface of the rotary barrel (the vertical winding structure). Three sets of 300kw intermediate frequency power supplies are used to supply power to the three sets of coils, respectively, due to the gap between each set of coils and each set of coils.
