一、 技術(shù)說(shuō)明和特點(diǎn)
1、加熱功率確定
加熱電源功率確定主要是根據(jù)熱油管加熱質(zhì)量、最終加熱溫升及加熱效率,并適當(dāng)留有一定裕量的原則,同時(shí)參考中頻電源系列型譜的功率檔次,選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的中頻電源以簡(jiǎn)化電源設(shè)計(jì)。
2、加熱頻率確定
加熱頻率確定主要與被加熱對(duì)象的材質(zhì)、幾何尺寸、加熱速度、加熱過(guò)程中功率密度及被加熱過(guò)程中工件的相對(duì)導(dǎo)磁率等因素有關(guān),確定加熱電源加熱頻率為:2.5KHZ。
3、中頻加熱電源選型
根據(jù)對(duì)中頻加熱電源功率和頻率的確定,在滿足加熱工藝前提下,選擇中頻感應(yīng)加熱電源型號(hào)為:KGPS160KW/2.5KHz
