    一、項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容:

    Ф219—Ф1219鋼質(zhì)彎頭雙層環(huán)氧粉末噴涂防腐生產(chǎn)線

    二、設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù):

     彎頭直徑:     Ф219—Ф1219

         曲率半徑:      4~6D

    工藝速度:      300㎜/min—1000㎜/min

        三、輸送輥道

      根據(jù)工藝要求,我公司Ф219—Ф1219彎頭雙層環(huán)氧粉末噴涂防腐生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)為,以單輥掛膠輪為動力單元的輸送輥道,這種方式可以不用底部環(huán)軌,輸送輥道呈扇形排列。各滾道的間距及與輸送方向的角度均可調(diào)整,用戶在使用過程中根據(jù)管徑的大小可以任意安裝和改變輸送輥道的直徑來適應(yīng)彎頭。輥輪外壁包裹有橡膠,使工件行走平穩(wěn),不傷害環(huán)氧粉末涂層。

        本輸送輥道可通過變頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速。各滾道的動力通過軸裝減速機(jī)產(chǎn)生,可根據(jù)動力需要來布置不同數(shù)量的減速機(jī)。滾道運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪音低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

    四、除銹機(jī):

      本機(jī)專用于鋼管彎頭外壁的拋丸清理,以去除其表面的氧化皮并增加表面積,增大涂敷粘著力。

    五、中頻電源加熱:

    此生產(chǎn)線配置1000KW中頻加熱設(shè)備。此設(shè)備控制部分采用專門設(shè)計(jì)的控制線路,具有過壓、過流、 限壓/限流、缺相、欠壓、欠水壓等保護(hù)。

      控制線路專設(shè)集成箱與高壓區(qū)全隔離,保持控制室清潔,大大提高控制線路板壽命和系統(tǒng)可靠性。優(yōu)選國內(nèi)知名廠家大功率變流器件。電器元件采用德力西品牌。

    因此具有100%的設(shè)計(jì)安全系數(shù),增加整個系統(tǒng)可靠性。采用寬大的空氣冷卻銅排,與水冷銅排相比,更多的能量用于加熱,效率增加,不需要維修。

    電源起動采用零電壓起動,無沖擊,在空載、重載等狀態(tài)時均能可靠起動, 穩(wěn)定可靠,無故障時間長,方便檢修。

    六、噴粉系統(tǒng):

    以上裝置每套含自動噴槍8支,噴槍為內(nèi)置高壓,控制柜控制8支自動噴槍的電壓、電流及氣路系統(tǒng)。并控制8支文丘里供粉泵供粉系統(tǒng)。

    以上裝置每套含流化床供粉系統(tǒng)1套,流化床外形尺寸:(L×W×H)800×775×570(mm)含8支文丘里供粉泵。

     

    、 空壓機(jī)及水噴淋系統(tǒng)

    本生產(chǎn)線配備一臺6立方螺桿式空壓機(jī),一臺6立方空氣干燥機(jī),1.0立方儲氣罐一臺供噴粉設(shè)備用(配備3個過濾器)。水噴淋系統(tǒng)采用開放式,方便輥道的調(diào)整。

      The control line dedicated integrated box is completely isolated from the high pressure area, keeping the control room clean , greatly improving the life of the control circuit board and system reliability. It is preferred to have high-power converter devices from well-known domestic manufacturers. The electrical components are based on the Delixi brand.

    Therefore, it has a design safety factor of 100%, which increases the reliability of the entire system. With a large air-cooled copper row, more energy is used for heating than the water-cooled copper row, which increases efficiency and requires no maintenance.

    6, dusting system:
