    電爐原理

    一、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容:

     Φ60-Φ219-Φ273鋼管外壁環(huán)氧粉末噴涂生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)

    二、工藝要求

       件:Φ60-Φ273×12m鋼管

    涂層要求:環(huán)氧粉末噴涂300-400um

    工藝線(xiàn)速度:3-7m/min

    三、傳動(dòng)線(xiàn):

    傳動(dòng)線(xiàn)全長(zhǎng)44米,包含8個(gè)5.0米×1.2米傳動(dòng)架;底座和傳動(dòng)輪支架全部采用14#槽鋼焊接。還配有4個(gè)單架,(其中有一個(gè)配耐高溫輪胎),方便追管和脫管。

    主動(dòng)輪和從動(dòng)輪分別安裝在用絲杠可調(diào)節(jié)平板上,方便了生產(chǎn)大小管的調(diào)整。傳動(dòng)動(dòng)力共有4個(gè),全部采用變頻調(diào)速,變頻器采用丹麥丹佛斯公司技術(shù)的海利普變頻器。變頻調(diào)速使鋼管傳輸平穩(wěn),從而使防腐層厚度均勻。我們還采用一種壓管機(jī)構(gòu),能防止管道在追管和脫管加速時(shí)對(duì)正在加工管道的影響。底座有高度調(diào)整絲杠,方便生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)水平調(diào)整。  

    輪胎采用400-8型加重胎,采用萬(wàn)向節(jié)傳動(dòng)軸連接。采用WPDA蝸輪蝸桿型減速機(jī),電機(jī)是2.2KW變頻電機(jī)。

    四、中頻加熱:

       中頻加熱電源為400KW

    、靜電噴涂設(shè)備:

    1、8槍控制中心DK 以上裝置每套含自動(dòng)噴槍6支,噴槍為內(nèi)置高壓,控制柜控制6支自動(dòng)噴槍的電壓、電流及氣路系統(tǒng),并控制支文丘里供粉泵供粉系統(tǒng)。

    以上裝置含流化床供粉系統(tǒng)1,流化床外形尺寸:(L×W×H)800×775×570(mm)6支文丘里供粉泵。         

    六、撥管系統(tǒng):

    上下管采用氣缸撥管,配備上下管撥叉4個(gè),氣缸4個(gè)及電器控制系統(tǒng)(包括電磁閥、閥塊、PVC氣管、控制按鈕等)                             

    七、二次除銹及水噴淋:

    采用鋼絲輪及壓縮空氣除銹,除去鋼管表面毛刺及浮灰,提高環(huán)氧粉末的附著力。包括2次除銹裝置1套和防護(hù)及排塵罩等。鋼絲輪直徑為150mm,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)動(dòng)力為2.0kw.

    水噴淋水泵為離心泵,流量為90m3/h,電機(jī)為5.5KW,噴淋主水管口徑為Φ114×12m;噴水管口徑為Φ15,一共35個(gè),都裝有閥門(mén),方便調(diào)節(jié)水量。隔斷為塑鋼窗。                             

    八. 空氣壓縮機(jī):

    空壓機(jī)采用3.0立方螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)一臺(tái),1.0立方儲(chǔ)氣罐一個(gè),3.0立方空氣干燥機(jī)一臺(tái),配套氣路及控制部分。                              

    、制造和安裝工期:

           此生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)制造工期為25個(gè)工作日,安裝工期為10個(gè)工作日。

    Third, the drive line:

    Transmission line length of 44 meters and comprises eight 5.0 m × 1.2 yards gear frame; bracket base and the drive wheel 14 in all channel # welding. There are also 4 single racks (one of which is equipped with high temperature resistant tires) for easy chasing and pipe removal.

    The driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively mounted on the screw adjustable plate, which facilitates the adjustment of the production size pipe. There are 4 transmission powers , all of which adopt frequency conversion speed regulation. The frequency converter adopts Hailipu frequency converter of Danfoss Technology of Denmark. The frequency conversion speed regulation makes the steel pipe transmission smooth, so that the thickness of the anti-corrosion layer is uniform. We also use a pressure tube mechanism that prevents the pipe from affecting the pipe being machined during acceleration and decoupling. The base has a height adjustment screw to facilitate horizontal adjustment of the production line.

    The tires are made of 400-8 type weighted tires and connected by a universal joint drive shaft. The WPDA worm gear type reducer is used, and the motor is a 2.2KW variable frequency motor.

    Fourth, medium frequency heating :

       Medium frequency heating power supply is 400KW

    Fifth, electrostatic spraying equipment:

    8 gun control center DK type   Each set of the above devices contains 6 automatic spray guns . The spray gun is built-in high pressure. The control cabinet controls the voltage, current and air circuit system of 6 automatic spray guns, and controls the powder supply system of the Venturi powder supply pump.

    The above device contains 1 set of fluidized bed powder supply system . The size of the fluidized bed : (L×W×H) 800×775×570 (mm) contains 6 venturi powder supply pumps.

    Sixth, the pipe system:

    Dial up and down by cylinder tube pipe, with upper and lower fork tube 4, cylinder 4 and electrical control system (including a solenoid valve, the valve block, PVC pipe, control buttons, etc.).                             

    Seventh, secondary derusting and water spray:

    The wire wheel and compressed air are used to remove rust, and the surface burrs and floating ash of the steel pipe are removed to improve the adhesion of the epoxy powder. Descaling device 1 comprises a sleeve 2 and the like protection and dust discharge cover.The wire wheel has a diameter of 150mm and the rotational power is 2.0kw.
